- Confirmation of full service isolation with written evidence
- Structural appraisal and demolition sequence agreed by a competent engineer
- Exclusion zones, hoarding and monitoring established
- Soft strip of non-structural elements with segregated waste streams
- Structural demolition in the designed sequence with dust suppression running
- Arisings processed, segregated and removed under duty of care

- ✓ CCDO card appropriate to role
